Health services in Pembrokeshire will be the topic of a short debate at the National Assembly next week thanks to local Assembly Member Paul Davies.
Mr Davies has been selected for a short debate on the 17TH November and has decided to focus the debate around local health services in Pembrokeshire.
The debate will look at a number of issues including the reduction of services at Withybush hospital, such as orthodontic services and post-mortem services.
Paul Davies said, "This will be an opportunity to highlight some of the serious issues facing our local health services in Pembrokeshire. Health services have gradually been reduced at Withybush hospital over the past few years and it has been a huge concern to many people across the constituency."
"I would like to use this opportunity to highlight to the Minister the shortfalls in healthcare services in the area and to urge her to consider Pembrokeshire more carefully when the Assembly Government is making decisions on health care provisions.
I sincerely hope that I can voice the concerns of the people of Preseli Pembrokeshire and that the Minister will address these concerns."
