Commenting on the Welsh Labour Government's postponement of its legislative statement to July, Paul Davies AM, Acting Leader of the Welsh Conservatives in the National Assembly, said:
"Barely six weeks into a new Assembly term it has already become apparent that after 12 years this Welsh Labour Government is tired and out of ideas.
"It is disappointing that after weeks of dithering, Ministers have yet to bring forward a coherent programme for government.
"Labour fought a negative election campaign based on non-devolved matters, which failed to defend its record of 12 years in government and neglected to offer policies for the future.
"Welsh Conservatives were the only party to publish a clear programme for government, which set out 11 Bills that a Welsh Conservative Government would introduce to make Wales a healthier and more prosperous nation.
"People across Wales will be very concerned that Carwyn Jones' programme for government is just a blank sheet of paper."
