Politicians Paul Davies AM and Stephen Crabb MP have recently held a joint advice surgery at the Old Cross Hotel in St David's. The surgery was fully booked and gave local residents the opportunity to meet with their local Assembly Member and Member of Parliament to discuss a wealth of local and national issues.
Paul Davies said, "I was extremely pleased to hold another joint advice surgery with Stephen, this time in St David's. It was a wonderful opportunity to liaise with local residents over some serious local issues affecting the people of Pembrokeshire. We both hold a number of surgeries up and down the constituency and I would urge people to book a slot at one of these surgeries, if they have any issues that require our assistance. I also look forward to continue working jointly with Stephen as the local MP to ensure the interests of the people of Pembrokeshire are heard at both an Assembly and Westminster level."
Stephen Crabb added,
"Advice surgeries are just one of the important ways MPs and AMs meet with local people in different parts of Pembrokeshire. With an increasing number of issues now straddling both Westminster and Assembly functions we find that holding joint surgeries offers more opportunities for effective action. Paul and I work closely as a team and hopefully that yields benefits in our work for Pembrokeshire."
