Paul Davies AM was pleased to meet with Shirley Davis-Fox MBE in the Senedd to discuss the issues facing the hairdressing industry in Wales.
Paul Davies stated, “I was delighted to learn that there are 89 Health and Beauty Businesses in the Pembrokeshire Local Authority Area, with 351 people in employment, excluding apprentices. This is a very important industry in rural Pembrokeshire and I am pleased it is continuing to thrive and flourish.
The Inspire Succeed and Amaze Training Company tailor specific support to hairdressers and beauty professionals, some of whom don’t have the necessary business skills to enable growth within the industry. I have learnt about a number of businesses who have worked with the company to relocate to larger premises in more prominent locations which is great.”
