Support to help deliver a more stable solution for Goodwick surgery was raised in the Assembly Chamber by local AM Paul Davies. Mr Davies raised the issue with the First Minister following concerns from local residents about the lack of access that patients have to services.
Mr Davies said: “It’s important that GP practices are delivering high-quality medical services in our local communities and that everything possible is done to ensure that in the case of Goodwick, a permanent and stable solution is found. I’ve received correspondence from constituents who are rightly concerned about the future of the practice and I hope that the Welsh Government will do all that it can to support Hywel Dda University Health Board in recruiting more staff, so that we can see an improvement in service delivery.”
